It is such a gift and I don’t take that for granted. There is a LOT of noise out there and so many messages coming at us from every which way so to be able to spend time interacting mindfully and peacefully here absolutely rocks my soul.

Glory Begin Podcast 1: The Power Of A New Beginning

Beginning something that matters deeply to our souls takes serious courage. Change is hard for most of us even when the change we intend to make is one that will improve our health in mind, body, and spirit.

Ironically, it’s when we set out to do something that we know is good for us that we most fear beginning it. Staying stuck in the same old patterns, though painful, is easy. Disrupting those old patterns can bring us face to face with some harsh resistance – both from inside of ourselves and from the outside world.

It’s in that space – that tricky space made up of the moments where self doubt, fear, and loneliness threaten to derail your quest for joy and a better life – that I most want to serve you.
