Meditation In Difficult Situations
Allow yourself to sit comfortably in your meditation space.
Close your eyes and relax your whole body.
Take a deep breath in your nose and exhale fully out your mouth.
Sit up with your spine straight and palms facing up, calm and alert to receive the loving energy that will come forward in this meditation.
Spirit of the Highest Good I invite you into my heart.
Please show me the most loving way.
Show me Your Way.
I know you are guiding me.
I know angels are with me all the time.
I know I am never alone.
Open me Love to know Your Voice.
Allow me the clarity to recognize and interpret Your Signs.
What you are experiencing is an important part of your journey.
You are exactly where you need to be.
Spirit of the Highest Compassion, teach me to heal.
Everything I have is everything I need.
Whatever it is I need to resolve this problem will be given to me at exactly the right time.
Spirit, in You I am strong.
In You I am Love.
In you I am creative.
Show me how to co-create.
Love, I surrender the struggle.
I surrender my fears to you for healing.
In this moment, I am peace.
I am at peace.
I know I can return to this peace as often as I want.
Thank you for showing me the way.
Thank you for using this experience to teach me an even deeper form of connection, inner strength and commitment to love.
And now to close the meditation, believing that all the angels and powerful energetic forces of the Universe are immediately conspiring to bring forth a solution of the Highest Good, take a deep breath.
As you inhale you fill with light and as you exhale you extend your light into the world around you.
You are welcome to sit in stillness for as long as you need to let this meditation sink into your being.
And when you are ready, open your eyes.
